Apr\u00e8s tout, on y passe nos journ\u00e9es, souvent dans des structures tr\u00e8s hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9es. Des lieux o\u00f9 les d\u00e9cisions collectives sont souvent inexistantes ou houleuses, des droits sociaux en sursis permanents et des salari\u00e9-es parfois malmen\u00e9s. Sauf quand ils reprennent le pouvoir !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-0e47273b wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, on s\u2019en fiche ? C\u2019est le message du gouvernement, au m\u00e9pris du code du travail et des partenaires sociaux (<strong>1.<\/strong>). Ces partenaires, les syndicats, ne repr\u00e9sentent plus que 10% des salari\u00e9-es. Une raison, pour certains, de vouloir en r\u00e9former le statut, pour d\u2019autres d\u2019en d\u00e9fendre le r\u00f4le protecteur (<strong>2.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils prouvent d\u2019ailleurs fr\u00e9quemment leur importance comme contre-pouvoir, politique mais surtout professionnel. Les femmes voil\u00e9es cibl\u00e9es dans les entreprises de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et du gaz s\u2019en rendent compte depuis plusieurs mois (<strong>3.<\/strong>) Peut-\u00eatre que c\u2019est l\u2019organisation m\u00eame de nos entreprises qu\u2019il faudrait donc changer. A commencer par soutenir les coop\u00e9ratives ? Et on n&rsquo;est pas si loin de la th\u00e9matique nous disent les sociologues interrog\u00e9s : le profil de ces \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9volt\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb sugg\u00e8re des conditions de travail difficiles et un pouvoir d&rsquo;achat limit\u00e9. Ce sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-6db291f9445fea346d93e405532e78b1\" style=\"background-color:#ec6500\">Les actus de la semaine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1- Pain, fleurs et droits sociaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l\u2019occasion du 1er mai, le gouvernement s\u2019attaque au code du travail. Un jour cens\u00e9 \u00eatre ch\u00f4m\u00e9 pour une majorit\u00e9 de fran\u00e7ais-es, sauf exceptions (h\u00f4pitaux, h\u00f4tels, police, journalistes). Un symbole des droits sociaux gagn\u00e9s au si\u00e8cle dernier. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediapart.fr\/journal\/economie-et-social\/010526\/travail-le-1er-mai-faute-de-nouvelle-loi-le-grand-n-importe-quoi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Mediapart<\/strong><\/a> d\u00e9taille les tentatives de l\u2019Etat de \u201cfaire bosser\u201d les boulangers et fleuristes, faute d\u2019avoir pu faire passer une loi d\u2019assouplissement de ce jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9. En appelant \u00e0 \u201cl\u2019intelligence collective\u201d, le ministre du travail, Jean-Pierre Farandou, a presque donn\u00e9 un passe-droit aux enseignes qui voulaient ouvrir, se positionnant ainsi hors-la-loi. Les parlementaires s\u2019offusquent qu\u2019on les court-circuitent, les syndicats qu\u2019on les ignorent, et le dialogue social s\u2019\u00e9tiole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-1-05_05-1024x640.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2996\" style=\"width:501px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-1-05_05-1024x640.webp 1024w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-1-05_05-300x188.webp 300w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-1-05_05.webp 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2- Syndicats, on en fait quoi ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019importance des syndicats est remise sur le devant de la sc\u00e8ne pendant la f\u00eate du travail. Sa \u201cn\u00e9cessaire\u201d r\u00e9forme aussi, celle d\u00e9fendue par la droite depuis la candidature pr\u00e9sidentielle de Fran\u00e7ois Fillon en 2017, lit-on dans <a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/le-monopole-syndical-existe-t-il-vraiment-281070\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The Conversation<\/strong><\/a>. En cause : un soi-disant monopole syndical dans la repr\u00e9sentation du personnel, des salari\u00e9s. \u00c9conomistes et juristes (de droite) s\u2019emparent \u00e0 nouveau de la th\u00e9matique en 2026, pr\u00e9textant que des \u00e9lections libres (sans constitution en syndicats) seraient plus d\u00e9mocratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du syndicat est justement : d\u2019\u00eatre une organisation collective, ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et une entit\u00e9 morale. Un statut \u201cprot\u00e9g\u00e9\u201d mais surtout \u201cprot\u00e9geant\u201d les actions collectives des salari\u00e9s envers leur hi\u00e9rarchie. Plus qu\u2019un monopole ou un privil\u00e8ge, les syndicats sont un des piliers de la d\u00e9mocratie sociale fran\u00e7aise selon l\u2019universitaire R\u00e9mi Bourguignon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-2-05_05-1024x640.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2997\" style=\"width:507px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-2-05_05-1024x640.webp 1024w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-2-05_05-300x188.webp 300w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-2-05_05.webp 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3- Dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les femmes voil\u00e9es sous pression&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GRDF, RTE, Enedis, heureusement que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.streetpress.com\/sujet\/1777563656-grdf-enedis-rte-entreprise-gaz-energie-syndicats-cgt-mobilises-chasse-voile-musulmanes-lutte-discriminations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Streetpress<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.streetpress.com\/sujet\/1777563656-grdf-enedis-rte-entreprise-gaz-energie-syndicats-cgt-mobilises-chasse-voile-musulmanes-lutte-discriminations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <\/a>et les syndicats sont l\u00e0 pour y d\u00e9noncer les clauses de neutralit\u00e9 qui ciblent les musulmanes salari\u00e9es de ces entreprises \u00e0 mission publique. On leur a demande de retirer leur voile depuis plusieurs mois (pourtant embauch\u00e9es avec) sous peine d\u2019\u00eatre envoy\u00e9es dans une autre branche, voire licenci\u00e9es. Nadia Kabassine est vis\u00e9e, puis d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e par sa manageuse de GRDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syndiqu\u00e9e de longue date, elle devient la porte-parole de ce bras de fer d\u2019ampleur entre syndicats\/salari\u00e9-es et leur hi\u00e9rarchie. De l\u2019importance de la repr\u00e9sentation collective pour d\u00e9fendre ses droits ou sa dignit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-3-05_05-1024x640.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2998\" style=\"width:507px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-3-05_05-1024x640.webp 1024w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-3-05_05-300x188.webp 300w, https:\/\/mob-media.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Duo-3-05_05.webp 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4- Des d\u00e9put\u00e9s jouent \u00ab\u00a0coop\u00e9ratives\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a rep\u00e9r\u00e9 deux propositions de loi d\u00e9pos\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale ces derniers mois visant \u00e0 faciliter les reprises par les salari\u00e9s, en coop\u00e9ratives (SCOPS ou SCICS). La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/17\/textes\/l17b2603_proposition-loi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>proposition n\u00b02603<\/strong><\/a> port\u00e9e par Michel Castellani (groupe LIOT) et celle, plus r\u00e9cente, <strong>n\u00b0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.assemblee-nationale.fr\/dyn\/17\/textes\/l17b2727_proposition-loi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>2727<\/strong><\/a> (groupe Insoumis et quelques \u00e9colos). Toutes deux, avec des variations, proposent des facilitations pour les salari\u00e9s qui voudraient reprendre ou cr\u00e9er des coop\u00e9ratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence salariale, par exemple, obligerait les patrons \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier une offre de ses salari\u00e9s \u00e0 un repreneur externe. Un \u201cpacte Dutreil-salari\u00e9\u201d faciliterait les transmissions extra-familiales en cas de d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou donation. Des protestations atypiques qui ont pris beaucoup d&rsquo;ampleur en quelques mois fin 2018 et dont chercheurs et sp\u00e9cialistes tirent encore, aujourd&rsquo;hui, des le\u00e7ons. C&rsquo;est le cas de Antoine Bernard de Raymond et Sylvain Bordiec. Sociologues, ils publient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.editionsbdl.com\/produit\/sociologie-des-gilets-jaunes-reproduction-et-luttes-sociales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Sociologie des gilets jaunes, reproduction et luttes sociales<\/em><\/a> en 2024. Une analyse de ce mouvement social atypique, inattendu, qui n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9merg\u00e9 dans les lieux traditionnels de mobilisation.
